Welcome!

This site is for adults over 50 who are serious about their health but exhausted by fitness content that treats them as patients managing a decline rather than people building a life.

It is for the person who has been working out consistently and wonders why the results don’t match the effort. It is for the person who has never worked out consistently and is wondering whether it is too late to start. It is for the trainer who works with older adults and wants a more rigorous framework for the conversations they are already having. It is for the cancer survivor who was never told that chemotherapy accelerates bone density loss. It is for the person who heard the phrase “longevity metrics” and wants to know what it actually means and whether it applies to them.

It applies to everyone.
